First, you will need to cancel your recurring Membership payments in your PayPal account, and then you will re-purchase the membership with your preferred card.

Please follow the steps below:

1 - Login to your account on tarotbyjanine.com

2 - Click the profile icon, and then Settings

3 - Click Billing Info

4 - Click the 3 dots, and then Cancel in PayPal

5 - This will lead you to cancel your recurring charge in your PayPal account under Beyond Mystic (the payment processor for Tarot by Janine) - click Cancel

6 - Click the following link and go ahead with the purchase of this new Membership with your preferred card:

1 - Login to your account on tarotbyjanine.com

2 - It will then automatically go to the page My Library where you'll be able to click on the different sections to see the videos

3 - Click on the section you would like to see - for this example, let's look at the Zodiac Spread section and click VIEW

4 - You will see all videos of this section on the bottom left - Click on one video

5 - Click PLAY

3 - Click Billing Info

4 - Click the 3 dots, and then Cancel in Paypal

5 - This will lead you to cancel your recurring charge in your Paypal account - click Cancel

6 -Click Cancel

7. You are all set. See confirmation that your membership payment has been canceled.

The payment you use for Tarot by Janine has to be a visa debit (connected to a bank account), credit card OR PayPal and whatever you choose has to be able to be allowed to do reoccurring payments each month. Unfortunately pre-paid cards of any kind are not accepted.
